Koehler Hold-to-Light — New York City
← Koehler Hold-to-Light registry
The New York series is the largest Koehler HTL set: 24 cards total — 12 Manhattan and Brooklyn views plus a separate 12-card Coney Island set — numbered in the 1500s (City Hall is #1503, the Post Office #1504). The 12 Manhattan/Brooklyn views below are documented from eBay hold-to-light listings and auction records; each reference image is mirrored from one of those listings. None are yet in the collection. (Coney Island, Niagara Falls, and the Hudson River are separate Koehler series and are not counted among these 12.)

About this 12-card list
Unlike Boston and Philadelphia (whose 12-card sizes were each pinned by a dealer "11 of 12, one missing" lot), the New York 12 here is assembled from the best-evidenced eBay hold-to-light listings rather than a single confirming lot. A few downtown views (City Hall, Broadway & Chambers, and a "City Hall Park, Court House & Subway" card) and the Madison-Square cluster (Fifth Avenue Hotel, Madison Square, Madison Avenue) are closely related and may be cataloged under alternate titles, so one or two slots could shift as better evidence appears. Coney Island is a *separate* 12-card Koehler set.
